Ajax (AQSE: AJAX) the natural resources investment company, announces that its CEO, Ippolito Ingo Cattaneo, yesterday purchased 264,146 ordinary shares of
Mr Cattaneo's total interest is now 19,402,177 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 16.28% of the issued Ordinary Shares (inclusive of the issue of new Ordinary Shares announced yesterday).
In addition, Mr Cattaneo has been assigned 1,874,500 existing options to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares at
